Warpler Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Warpler is an import-only, self-custody Solana wallet app for Android: it
opens a wallet you already own and never creates one. It is made by
Neco G. Software ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information
Warpler handles, why, who else sees it, and how long it is kept. It was
written from what the app actually does.
1. The short version
- Your recovery phrase and private key never leave your phone. We never see them, store them or send them anywhere.
- We don't ask who you are. No name, email, phone number or account. If you email us, we see your email address to answer you.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no crash reports.
- To show your balances and run swaps, the app sends your public wallet address and swap details to our server, which passes them to Solana infrastructure providers. Wallet addresses and transactions on Solana are public by design.
2. What stays on your phone only
These are stored on your device and are never sent to us:
- Your recovery phrase and private key, encrypted in your phone's secure storage and unlocked only with your fingerprint, face or screen lock.
- Your wallet address, the name you gave it, and the token you chose for the third corner.
- The addresses you have sent to, used to warn you the first time you pay a new address and to filter spam in your history.
- Your private notes on transactions.
- Your game progress (levels, lessons and quests).
- Whether you have been asked about notifications.
"Remove wallet from this phone" in Settings erases all wallet-linked data
above. Game progress stays until you uninstall the app.
3. What the app sends, and why
| Information | Why | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Your public wallet address | To read your balances, holdings and transaction history | Our server, then Helius |
| Swap details: which tokens, the amount | To get a price quote and build the swap for you to approve | Our server, then Jupiter |
| Your signed transactions | To submit swaps and sends you approved to the Solana network | Our server, then Helius, then Solana |
| Token addresses and what you type in token search | To show prices and find tokens | Our server, then Jupiter |
| Your IP address | Every internet request carries one. Our server uses it only for a moment to limit abuse (too many requests) and does not store it | Our server and our hosting provider |
Our server's logs record only which kind of request was made, whether it
worked and how long it took. They do not record your wallet address, amounts
or IP address.
4. Who else handles information
We use these service providers. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Vercel (hosting our server). Like any web host, Vercel may keep its own connection logs, including IP addresses, under its policy.
- Helius (connects our server to the Solana blockchain). Helius sees wallet addresses and transactions, but not your IP address, because requests come from our server.
- Jupiter (token prices, token lists, swap quotes and building swaps). Jupiter sees the tokens, amounts and your public wallet address involved in a swap, but not your IP address.
- Google Play services (reading QR codes). The camera image is processed on your phone to read the code.
- ImprovMX and Google (Gmail), only if you email us: messages to support@warpler.app are forwarded by ImprovMX to our Gmail inbox. We use your email address and message only to answer you.
- Solscan, only if you tap a transaction to view it. That opens Solscan in your browser, under Solscan's own policy.
We don't sell information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
5. Public blockchain data
Solana is a public blockchain. Your wallet address, its balances and every
transaction it makes can be seen by anyone, forever, through tools like
Solscan. This is how Solana works, not something Warpler controls, and it
cannot be deleted.
6. Phone permissions
- Camera: only to scan QR codes, and only when you open the scanner.
- Notifications (optional): to tell you when your own swap or send finishes while the app is in the background. Created on your phone; no notification server is involved, and notifications never show amounts or addresses on the lock screen.
- Internet: to reach our server.
- Fingerprint or face (through Android): to unlock your wallet and approve transactions. Warpler never receives your fingerprint or face data; Android only tells the app "yes" or "no".
7. How long information is kept
- On your phone: until you remove the wallet or uninstall Warpler.
- On our server: we keep no wallet addresses, amounts or IP addresses. Our minimal request logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
- Emails you send us: until your question is answered, then deleted within a year.
- Our providers keep their own logs under their own policies.
8. Children
Warpler is not meant for anyone under 18, or the age of majority where you
live if that is higher, and we don't knowingly handle information from children.
9. Your rights
Because we don't collect names, emails or accounts, and don't store wallet
addresses, there is usually nothing on our side to access or delete. You can
erase everything on your phone at any time with "Remove wallet from this
phone" or by uninstalling. Depending on where you live, you may have extra
rights under laws such as Türkiye's KVKK or the EU's GDPR; contact us and we
will help.
10. Security
The recovery phrase is encrypted with a key held in your phone's secure
hardware and unlocked by your fingerprint or screen lock. Screens that show
or accept the phrase block screenshots. Every transaction is checked on your
phone before you approve it. No system is perfectly secure; keep your
recovery phrase offline and private.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important
changes, tell you in the app.
