Warpler Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Neco G. Software ("we",
"us") about using the Warpler app. By using Warpler you accept them. If you
don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What Warpler is

Warpler is an import-only, self-custody wallet for the Solana blockchain.
It never creates a wallet: it lets you import one you already own with its
recovery phrase or private key, see your balances and history, send and
receive tokens, and swap tokens through third-party providers. Warpler is
software; we are not a bank, broker, exchange or financial adviser.

2. You alone control your wallet

• Your recovery phrase and private key exist only on your device. We never have them and cannot access, freeze, reverse or recover your funds.
• If you lose your recovery phrase, or someone else gets it, your funds can be lost permanently, and we cannot help.
• You are responsible for keeping your phone, screen lock and recovery phrase safe.

3. Transactions are final

Every send and swap is a transaction on the Solana blockchain. Once it is
confirmed it cannot be undone. Check the address, token and amount
before you approve. Network fees are paid to Solana, not to us, and are
charged even if a transaction fails.

4. Swaps and third-party services

Swaps are priced and routed by Jupiter, and blockchain access is provided
by Helius. We don't control them, and we aren't responsible for their
availability, prices, routes or outcomes. A quote shows the least you will
receive; if the price moves further, the swap fails instead.

5. Fees

• Swaps: Warpler charges a fee of 0.95% of the swap. On a swap with USDC it is paid in USDC; otherwise it is paid in SOL. It is counted inside the amounts the swap screen shows before you approve, and the app never accepts a fee above 0.95%.
• Sends: each send pays Warpler a small fee in SOL, 0.95 times the network fee of that send (about 0.000014 SOL at today's network fees). It is shown on the send screen before you approve.
• Network fees go to the Solana network.

6. Tokens and risk

Anyone can create a token on Solana. Token prices can go to zero. A
"verified" mark means only that a token is the genuine one, not that it is
safe or a good buy. Tokenized stocks and some other tokens may not be
available, or legal to hold, where you live; you are responsible for
checking. **Nothing in Warpler, including its lessons, is financial,
investment, tax or legal advice.**

7. Rewards and game features

Levels, XP, lessons and quests are for fun and learning. They have **no
monetary value**, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money or tokens,
and may change or be reset.

8. Who can use Warpler

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is
higher. You may not
use Warpler if you are subject to sanctions or live somewhere its use is
prohibited, or to break any law, including laws against money laundering and
fraud.

9. Things you agree not to do

Don't interfere with Warpler or our servers, abuse or overload them, try to
bypass their limits, or use them to harm others.

10. No warranty

Warpler is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any
kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always
work, be error-free, or that data from third parties will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of
funds, tokens, profits or data, or for indirect or consequential losses,
arising from your use of Warpler, blockchain networks or third-party
services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not
allow to be limited.

12. Changes and ending

We may update Warpler or these terms. If the terms change in an important
way we will tell you in the app. You can stop using Warpler at any time by
removing your wallet and uninstalling it; your funds stay on Solana under
your recovery phrase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes
will be handled by the courts of Kocaeli, unless your local law gives you
other rights.
